After working construction for 15 years, I experienced the value of massage therapy during the recovery from a work injury. This renewed the desire to learn more about massage, and resulted in a new direction in my life.
This career change became a reality through the excellent training at Spectrum Center School of Massage in Lk. Stevens, WA, along with National Certification and Medical Massage Certification. Also, thanks to strength from doing construction and an understanding of using body mechanics, I am easily able to use deep tissue & trigger point techniques, along with myofacial release for adhesions, & neuromuscular treatments, specializing in medical massage, to help bring relief to a wide variety of muscle & stress conditions.
I work on auto (PIP) injuries, work injuries (L & I), and accept many health insurances (currently not Regence or Kaiser Perm.), and look forward to meeting you, and helping in whatever way I can.
